Case Study

Fashion North

Fashion North, a fashion and lifestyle website produced by fashion journalism students at the University of Sunderland, commissioned the agency to redesign its logo.

"We couldn’t be happier with the process! Laura and the team were on board for every step and were helpful throughout the project. They were quick to respond to any of our requests throughout, being patient with us and our students until we were happy with the final product. Despite none of us being involved in a new design process before, everything was made simple for us to follow, with helpful guidance. It was also a great experience for our students to be involved in the process, so rewarding for all involved!"

Fashion North

As part of the project, Fashion North requested two variations to the logo, including a traditional logo that could be used on the website and the other an ‘identity badge’ that could be used on social media and supporting assets.

"Working with Sunderland Creatives Agency has been an absolute pleasure, it’s such a great place to get your foot in the door as a design student. It was so useful having Scott, a designer from Creo Comms, to support me with the project. It really boosted my confidence in my work and also helped me improve as a designer. If you’re a student looking to get some of your first client projects under your belt, this is a fantastic place to start!"

Ryan Stewart, Graphic Design student

Ryan Stewart, a first year graphic design student worked on the project, developing the new logo and providing font recommendations and suggested colourways.
